With fist clenched on dorsum of the hand between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones in a depression proximal to the 4th Metacarpalphalangeal joint.

Diseases of the ear.Temporary headache, migraine.Painful alterations of the hand,elbow and shoulder.Diseases of the eyes.
